The terms and conditions set out on this page are considered a binding agreement between players (referred to as "users") using the mk74 Online gaming platform (referred to as the "platform") and the platform itself. By accessing, registering an account on, or playing on this platform, you are deemed to have fully agreed to comply with these terms and conditions.

The name, phone number, payment method, and other details provided when opening an account must be accurate and correct. If verification is required and any requested documents are not provided, withdrawal access may be temporarily suspended.

1.4   Account Security

All gameplay that occurs from your account login is considered pre-authorised by you. The platform takes no responsibility for losses caused by a weak password. We strongly recommend choosing a strong password and changing it regularly.

2.1   Deposit Methods

The deposit methods currently available on the platform are — KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and Bank Transfer. Deposit rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: 5,000 Ks
• Verification and confirmation time after deposit may vary
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not allowed — the account holder making the deposit must be the same as the player
• Please note that your bank or payment service provider may charge fees for deposit transactions

2.2   Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed back through the same method used when depositing —

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks
• Typical processing time: within 10–45 minutes
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed after review by the platform
• Withdrawing before meeting the bonus wagering requirements will result in the bonus amount being forfeited
• Withdrawals may be put on hold during anti-money laundering checks

2.3   Prohibited Financial Practices

If deposit-withdrawal cycling without gameplay (bonus abuse), fraudulent money transfers related to money laundering, or online fraud are detected, the account will be immediately closed and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3.1   First Deposit Bonus

Players making their first deposit at mk74 can receive a 120% bonus (up to 300,000 Ks). To withdraw the bonus funds, a bonus amount × 15x wagering requirement must be met.

Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 44,000 Ks. Wagering = 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks must be played through. Deposit 520,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving a balance of 820,000 Ks. Wagering = 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks must be played through.

3.2   Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus can only be claimed once — additional deposits do not affect the first bonus
• If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus will be automatically cancelled
• The bonus can be played alongside your own funds — if you withdraw, your own funds will be paid out first
• Please note that bonus terms may change over time

3.3   VIP Rewards

Players at mk74 VIP levels Bronze, Silver and Gold can receive weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, 0.5% and 0.8% respectively. Eligibility for VIP status is assessed based on each player's individual gameplay. The terms of VIP rewards are determined at the discretion of the platform.

3.4   Referral Bonus

Players who refer friends to mk74 will —

• Receive 8% of the referred player's first deposit as a bonus (maximum 30,000 Ks per person)
• Earn a commission of 0.1% per week from the referred players' qualifying gameplay
• Commission is paid as bonus funds and a suitable wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal

4.1   Game Result Integrity

Slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Shan Koe Mee, Crash Games and Esports titles offered at mk74 are operated under a fair play policy. Results are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and independently verified systems, so the platform does not intervene or manipulate outcomes in advance.

4.2   Technical Failures

If a game cannot be concluded due to a server issue, network disconnection or software error, that round will be treated as void and the stake will be returned. Any "wins" resulting from a system glitch will not be paid out as legitimate winnings.

4.3   Prohibited Methods

If collusion, bot usage, software exploits, or fraudulent bonus attempts are detected, winnings will be voided and accounts may be closed. Note that these actions may also violate the laws of your country.
